Species Search
Instructions
You can filter the species in the ranking by Genus and species, by family, by type, by department, etc.
The species that match the established criteria will be shown in Alphabetical Order, and their relevance percentage in relation to the entire flora record will be displayed. These percentages are shown in green when they exceed 10%, light blue when they exceed 5%, yellow when they exceed 2%, red when they do not.
The species are shown with two percentages. The average relevance percentage indicates the average number of times the species appeared in the places where it was present. The presence percentage indicates the percentage of the total places (200) in which the species appeared at least once.
Keep in mind that these two indicators are very representative considering that 200 systematic surveys were carried out every 3 meters, in 200 places approximately 8 km apart, resulting in 40,000 species records. See the methodology.
